We have a pork sample box available. Get a feel for what we have to offer. You’ll get ham steaks, sausage, pork chops, shoulder roast, and bacon. Each pack is roughly 20lbs of local, farm fresh, heritage pork.

If you have limited freezer space, now is a perfect opportunity to grab a 1/4 Box and see how you like it! Price is $250 total. You will recieve 25lbs+ of meat (each hog varies a bit)

You will recieve pork chops, bacon, shoulder roasts, ham steaks, hock, sparerib and, sausage in a variety of flavors as to what is in stock (maple, "The Yards Blend" (breakfast), plain ground, mild breakfast, italian, differnt flavors of bratwurst.Type depends on what we have in stock at time of order)

Order a half hog for your freezer. Price is $3.00 per pound live weight (total cost varies/depends on butcher weight). The price of $3.00/lb includes price of the hog and the butchering cost. Weights butchered at are between 250-300lbs live weight. Half Hog deposit due at ording time, remainder of total is due on pick up day.   

When you pay your deposit you will get the first available hog butcher date. We schedule hogs each month of the year. We do not ship meat at this time. Pick up will be on our farm.
