Hello!

The first few weeks of January have been busy for the farm. We have 5 hog litters on the ground already and more to come soon. Also we are busy picking out seeds for the garden for this summer and looking forward to getting in the ground come spring. I have stocked up on individual pork cuts and have a freezer full! Things are rolling along in the new year. As many of you know, Jason was in a severe car/train accident in August. We are happy to say he is gaining strength each day and is now walking with a walker and back to work most days. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We all are looking forward to 2021 and hopefully this year will be a better one all the way around!

If you are low on pork we have butcher dates set each month this year. Hogs are selling fast because of the pandemic, more people are getting to know and trust their local growers more than the big grocery stores. I had a waiting list most of last year.
