Well, we have hit some warm weather and now everyone is wanting summer to hurry and get here. St. Patrick's Day is here and its time to cook up our boiled dinner that I have grown up with all my life. I will be cooking Corned Beef and Cabbage. We absolutly love this meal and I only seem to cook it once a year. But this year I will have to make it at least one more time! 

It's been busy on the farm so far this month. We have worked ground, planted potatoes, cabbage, onions and transplanted some garlic. I'm looking forward to the warm weather but I know that here in Ohio we have a good chance to see snow in mid April! So for now I will just plant cold hardy veggies and sit back and enjoy the nice weather we are having.
